Meditation and Mantra 

Meditation and mantra has been key in my daily practice, especially during times of great change.  Alongside creating positive intentions  Meditation is known to help in all areas of our lives, stress, depression, anxiety and overwhelm. I think it's a perfect gift to help others and yourself to focus on the present moment and breathing. I use a Mala to chant my mantra 108 times.

I use lava stones as they are known for their healing, grounding and protective qualities. They are light, tactile and warm to touch and can be used in conjunction with essential oils, as the stones are porous and soak in the oils easily. You only need to set aside a regular practice of 10-15 minutes a day can make a big difference in dissolving some of the stresses and strains of everyday life.
